How Do I Apply False Lashes?
1. Gently remove each lash from lash tray
2. Hold lash to your eye and measure whether lash should be trimmed. Use tip of scissors to cut. (Pro tip: Cut outward most part of your lash)
3. Apply lash adhesive of your choice to the lash band and allow glue to get tacky or about 30 seconds. (Do not apply while wet)
4. Use eyelash applicator or hands to place lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible. Adjust if necessary.
5. Allow glue to set on lash lids and SLAY!
How Many Times Can I Wear these Lashes?
*You can wear Lustful Lashes up to 25 times if well maintained.
**Don't forget to gently remove the glue with tweezers after each wear.
***While you can sleep in your lashes, it is not recommended. Gently take them off each night and re-apply every day for your Glam look
When Will I Get My Order?
*Your order can take between 2 – 7 business days to process and ship. We do our best to ship your lashes immediately.
**Please allow 7 business days for shipping during holidays, special promotions, or sales.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 7 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please note, we only accept returns from LustfulLashBar.com. Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept exchanges on any orders. Any refunds for items purchased within gift sets are not accepted separately. Sales items are eligible for store credit only. All gifts or collection sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund. Packages returned back to LustfulLashBar.com due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a returned package and is subject to a full refund less shipping. YES! Our lashes are 100% cruelty-free lashes and handmade with a flexible lash band.
Help! My Product is defective
If an item may be considered defective, please email info@LustfulLashBar.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 7 days from receipt. After 7 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by Lustful Lash Bar , you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
My Order is Wrong or Damaged
Please email info@LustfulLashBar.com within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products. All issues must be fully resolved within 7 days from delivery date for security purposes.
